We all know that moment of panic when the house is just *too* quiet and something seems not quiet right. Well, for this momma “not quite right” was in the form of not being able to find her dog while her toddler was napping. After searching throughout the house and her yard, she comes back in to discover her sleeping daughter’s door open with an unexpected furry guest in the bed next to her!

Some kids sleep with blankies, others with pacifiers, or stuffed animals, but this little girl takes it to a whole new level when she decides to take a nap with her dog in bed next to her! There is nothing like the bond between a child and their household pet. Such sweet love and trust between a little girl and her puppy cannot be found anywhere else.
I absolutely love how this big dog is lying so calmly and sweetly next to his little human, almost like he is protecting her. This momma certainly was surprised when she found her little one cuddled up with their big puppy under the covers of her toddler bed, but her reaction is simply priceless and shows the amount of care and trust she has for this big furry friend. Certainly something that will be remembered for years to come!
