Now, I know what you’re thinking. Cake mix in cookies? That’s just nonsense. Well, We’re going to show you that cake mix can go on a cookie sheet just as well as a cake pan.
Once you’ve mixed the cake mix with a couple of eggs and a bit of vegetable oil, all you need to do is roll the dough into cookie sized balls. Pop them in the oven for a bit and they’re good to go! Has a sweet treat ever been this easy?
Once you have your strawberry cake cookies baked and cooled, they’re ready to eat. If you want to add a little flair, add a strawberry and some whipped cream or yogurt to the side of each serving. It looks good while also being good for you! You can also sprinkle some powdered sugar on to each cookie and serve it with a glass of milk. Or you can skip the glass entirely and mix the milk with the sugar for a quick and easy glaze.

Ingredients for Strawberry Cake Cookies
- 1 box cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions for Strawberry Cake Cookies
- Put all ingredients into a large mixing bowl.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Create cookie sized balls (about an inch or so) and place on cookie sheet.
- Bake for around 8 minutes (or until golden brown) at 375 degrees.
