This tips can help anyone learn how to clean a kitchen with ease!

Go through the pantry and throw out all the junk food – start with a clean, healthy slate! Get the junk outta your house for the new year!

Toss any expired or unliked food. See those remnants in random bagged foods? Throw those out too! If it’s not going to be eaten, why are you keeping it?

Make an inventory list of staple ingredients. This list will make grocery shopping easier later and keep your kitchen organized as well!

Remove everything from the cabinets and wipe them down. Use a wet cloth and immediately put everything back in the cabinet once done.

Discard any chipped or broken dishes, unmatched lids/containers, etc. Things that don’t match, toss ’em.

Place a layer of parchment paper on the top of the fridge and cabinets. Next time to clean, just lift the paper, discard and replace. Easy peasy!

Sanitize sponges – 1 minute in the microwave should do the trick! (Those things hold onto germs!)

Don’t forget to clean the oven vents and kitchen exhaust fan. Get down and vacuum out the fridge vents as well.

Degrease and wash all stovetop burners. They’ll be sparkly new in no time at all!

Clean the oven. Make it easier by starting with a pot of lemon water!

Scrub browned cookie sheets, the bottoms of pots and pans, and other baking dishes. They need a facelift as well.

Make your kitchen sink sparkle. Give it a good scrub.

Move appliances if you are able and clean underneath them. You never know what’s hiding under there.

Remove all the food from your fridge and freezer. Place the items into coolers or double boxed cardboard box with some ice to keep them cool while you clean!

Put the shelves from the fridge into the dishwasher. The shelves or drawers you can not wash in the machine, wash by hand and scrub away all those drippings and food items.

Wipe out the walls of your fridge and add a new box of baking soda to keep the fridge fresh smelling!
