2 Ingredient Banana Ice Cream

This delicious guilt-free dessert is as simple as one, two, three. I love how easy it is to prepare and the kids won’t even notice that the main ingredient is a frozen banana instead of a sugary, ice cream base! The variety of mix-ins is practically endless, which is another reason why I adore this recipe; you can customize it to fit your exact taste.

To make your banana ice cream you are first going to slice up a banana and pop it in the freezer to get it nice a chilly. Next, you dump it in the blender along with your favorite mix-in (think Oreos, Nutella, peanut butter, coco powder…) and blend it all up. Finally, pour your new “ice cream” into a dish and stick it back in the freezer to harden. In a couple of hours your ice cream will be all set and ready to enjoy! There you have it, the perfect frozen treat for one.
