Figure out the time of day that works best for you
Remember, there are fewer daylight hours during the winter months, so if you aren’t a morning workout person, you are going to want to figure out when the time is that you’ll be at your best. If you don’t want to work out in darkness, you may need to squeeze in a lunch workout or two!
