You can make No-Bake Pumpkin Cake Bars in just 5 minutes, using only 3 ingredients! Soft and tasty treats will be on the table in no time! They are also high in fiber, low in fat, gluten-free, paleo, vegan, and low in sugar. Add a sprinkle of sugar before serving, if desired, (I use cinnamon and nutmeg, instead). All you need for this:

  • 1 15oz can pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 Cup Coconut Flour Sifted 
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup Coconut Palm Sugar (Or any sweetener of choice) 
  • Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Transfer to a lined baking pan and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
